A journey around Italy’s Emilia Romagna region together with Riccardo Giacomini patron chef at Tentazioni restaurant which serves pure Italian cuisine and contemporary Italian food in Southwark; Theo Randall Head chef at The InterContinental Park Lane and indisputable star of Saturday Kitchen at BBC; Simone Remoli patron of Pasta Remoli who discovered his passion of hand made fresh Italian pasta when he was less than 5 years old working in his grandmother’s country kitchen.
There was also a Twitter competition and people could take their chance to win a box of delicacies! Winner was Sebastien Powell from Bristol!
